Wine Storage Tips:

At the Brew Cellar we recommend:

  • Storing your wine upright for the first 48 hours.
  • Store your wine in a cool, dark place. Bright light and temperature fluctuations can affect the quality of your wine.
  • Don’t constantly turn your wine. Red wines will sometimes ‘drop’ leaving a residue on the inside of the bottle.  Simply decant your wine.
  • Don’t store your wine directly on a cement floor. Put a thick piece of wood under your wine storage boxes.
  • Don’t store your wine on heated floors.
