Who can drink it?

It helps if you have a mouth, but after that there are no real prerequisites.

Dark Ale

A generous mouthfeel dominated by roasted malt flavours, wrapped up in a rich mahogany colour and capped
off with a creamy head.

Who can drink it?

For those more adventurous souls bored with mainstream brews. The after dark drinking companion; dark looks, dark name, but a taste that is anything but dark.

Real Ale

Traditional ale like it should be – bright golden colour, strong head, generous mouthfeel and a moderately bitter finish.

Who can drink it?

Those who know.

Unhurried, with care and a barely discernible nod to those who know.

Stout

Dark, dark brown with a cappuccino-like, persistent creamy head. Dark and malty with a blend of coffee and chocolate aromas. Bring on winter.

Who can drink it?

For those who love sinking their teeth into a robust beer.

On cold, wintry days in front of a roaring fire. Drink now or cellar for a few years.

Mexican Cerveza

The ultimate thirst quencher. A lighter style beer with a fresh, clean taste designed for refreshment in the heat of Central America.

Who can drink it?

Here’s something for every Juan.

Ideally ice-cold with a wedge of lime or lemon.

Canadian Blonde

Clean, pale malt flavours, a light bodied palate with malt aromas and a hint of spicy hops. A pale straw coloured beer... your cure to have more fun with.

Who can drink it?

Active sun bunnies and poolside loungers alike.

The perfect summer drink, ideal for the beach or barbie.

English Bitter

A coppery-brown colour with hues of red, a creamy head, floral aroma and a blend of toasty-sweet malt flavours that’ll have you transported back to the early 1800s.

Who can drink it?

It doesn’t have to be served as chilled as a lager, but remember our room temperature is a few degrees higher than a room in the Old Dart.

India Pale Ale

A strong, robust ale with bold malt characters with very high hopping levels. It carries all the hallmarks of a genuine India Pale Ale from the ‘Mother Land’, just like the one first brewed in 1868 by Coopers.

Who can drink it?

Those who aren’t afraid of a big beer. A sure fire way to impress guests with a pre or post dinner drink (or both).

Pilsener

Don’t let the pale, straw colour fool you. This classic pilsener has a bold, spicy Saaz hop aroma. It’s crisp and dry with a cleansing bitterness.

Who can drink it?

Winers and diners. It’s an anytime drink, but it’s hard to go past it as a dining beer. Goes great with almost any food.
