At the Brew Cellar we use only filtered water to bring out the subtle flavours. Our beer and wine making process is simple. Place your order; add the yeast and we do the rest. We monitor and care for your wine until it's ready to be bottled. Once you've bottled your wine, it's ready in 4-8 weeks - 2 weeks for beer.
At the Brew Cellar we offer Award Winning Wines from our wine kit suppliers Winexpert and Cellar Craft. The Brew Cellar also carries 'at home' beer brewing kits, or if you prefer to make your own beer, we carry over a 100 varieties.
