Vintners Reserve wines are ready to drink in 4-5 weeks and are enjoyable table wines made from top quality grapes. These grapes are from some of the great grape growing regions. Easy to make, you can choose from over 30 different grape varietals.

Winexpert has introduced two new wines with grape skins, the Italian Amarone and Brunello - part of the Selection International Series. The grape skins not only enhance the body, mouth-feel, tannin and colour of the wine, they do this without increasing the need for extra ageing. Great wine aged in less time, what could be better?

Enjoy the outstanding quality and taste of traditionally brewed beers and wines at half the price of commercial beverages. At the Brew Cellar we use only filtered water to bring out the subtle flavours. Our beer and wine making process is simple. Select your beverage; mix the ingredients and add the yeast. We do the rest. We monitor and care for your beer or wine until it's ready to be bottled. Wine is ready to bottle in 4-8 weeks while beer is ready in only 2 weeks.

At the Brew Cellar we offer Award Winning Wines from our wine kit suppliers Winexpert and Cellar Craft. The Brew Cellar also carries 'at home' beer brewing kits from Coopers and Munton's, or if you prefer to make your beer at the Brew Cellar, we have over a 100 recipes. One is sure to suite you!
